Evaluation of Environmental Efficiency of Chinese Coastal Ports under the Background of Ecological Civilization

In order to enhance the level of green and sustainable development economy, national policy ecological civilization construction is proposed. The 14 coastal ports with top 20 container throughput in China 2020 are taken as research objects, environmental efficiency evaluation index system constructed by combining requirements put forward civilization, three-stage SBM model applied measure from 2012 2020. It was found that overall Chinese good, half achieving effective a mean value 0.804 large gap levels among ports. External variables have significant effects on ports, ineffective has improved after excluding external random errors. Therefore, for efficiency, policy-related contents should be implemented effectively according actual situation port, port perspective change hinterland city, three aspects local economic conditions, environment cultural awareness.
